Straight Bulkheads
Our prefabricated bulkheads are designed to eliminate or reduce the amount of framework required on site. The use of the recessed ends give a high quality finish when installed removing the unsightly butt joins associated with many long run bulkheads. The innovative methods that we use in each project gives the contractor less setting and less installation times. Our unique method for internal corners requires no setting.
Available in Finished or Flat allowing freighting ease of transportation.
Light Recesses
The examples above show the aesthetic appeal of a light recess. The room is bordered by a trough which houses an LED strips or mini fluro. Available for new homes as well as a Renovator designed to cover your existing cornice.
Curved Bulkheads
Using the EZY-EXY systems to create curved bulkheads. A curved trim is incorporated into the plasterboard bulkhead upstand. This method allows you to form a much better curvature to the bulkhead as compared to just the plasterboard alone. The framework is created to attach the upstand as per normal specifications then the EZY-EXY upstand is fixed onto the framework. Less setting is then required to finish off.
